Icelandic Cod

Wild-Caught and Decadent

The arctic waters of Iceland contribute to cod’s clean, firm, succulent texture. Its diet of shellfish, crustaceans and small fish gives it its rich sweet flavor.

Internationally Certified as Sustainable

Icelandic cod is caught with hook and lines to prevent bycatch and harmful environmental impact. The method is also gentle on the fish; it makes the catch less stressful which results in a firmer fillet.

The fish are pin boned, filleted and portioned by hand to reduce waste. Icelandic cod are certified by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) and managed by Iceland Responsible Fisheries.
